Relaxing on the large comfortable bed or admiring the immense oil painting of a ship ready to set sail, guests will feel carried away by the change of scenery. The herringbone parquet floor in the bedroom gives way to gleaming white tiles set off by verbena mosaics in the bathroom, where you can savor a moment of well-being in utter serenity.

This elusive guest room invites you on a journey with each wall decorated in different exotic floral patterns. Comfortably ensconced in the deep armchair, you can let your imagination wander off into the far horizon as you admire rare objects from the Bernard Magrez collection. And as they gaze at the wonderful view, more observant guests will love the shadows cast by the château’s battlements onto the Jardins du Prélat (the Bishop’s Gardens) at teatime.

There is something magical, poetical and noble about this magnificent walk-through guest room. The bed canopy embroidered in gold and the white marble fireplace adorned with a wide pediment mirror give it a manor-house air. As you walk into the Clos des Songes, the lacquered wood of the antique furniture and parquet floor reflects the sunlight which fills every corner, and guests are captivated by the white, beige and gold colors in this elegant bedroom. Elegant and welcoming, L'Egrégore is decorated in grey, lime green and sepia tones which echo the paintings on the walls by the French artist Bernard Buffet. The Baccarat crystal chandeliers and sumptuous black marble bathroom which matches the fireplace, all add to its dazzling elegance. The baroque look is continued with the waxed parquet floor, large comfortable bed and the armchair, a perfect spot for losing yourself in a book.
